- 828706 articleBody " <div class="paragraph paragraph--type--text paragraph--view-mode--full"> <h2>What is ReGreeneration?</h2><p><span>ReGreeneration is a European HORIZON project that brings together 9 European cities to reinvent urban neighbourhoods as vibrant, sustainable and socially cohesive places.
