We sluiten de inschrijvingen af midden september. </strong></p> </div> <div class="paragraph paragraph--type--text paragraph--view-mode--full"> <h2><a id="hoe-deelnemen"></a><span><strong>Hoe kan je deelnemen?</strong></span></h2><p><span>Je kan deelnemen aan Gand Gourmand op één of meerdere manieren:</span></p><h3><span><strong>Foodpromenade van zondag 1 november </strong></span></h3><p>Op de Shop-op zondag van <strong>1 november </strong>organiseren we een <strong>culinaire foodpromenade doorheen de stad</strong>, langs Gentse foodmakers, producenten en horecazaken. Bezoekers stellen hun eigen culinaire route samen en ontdekken onderweg de makers, producten en verhalen die Gent tot een unieke culinaire bestemming maken. </p><p><strong>NIEUW DIT JAAR: </strong>een centrale <strong>Gand Gourmand Hub</strong>. Dit is hét vertrek- en ontmoetingspunt van de Foodpromenade. Bezoekers kunnen er hun route ophalen, maken er kennis met de makers en genieten van een sfeervol programma. <span>Op basis van de deelnemende foodmakers en zaken worden <strong>thematische invalshoeken en inspirerende culinaire routes</strong> uitgewerkt, zodat bezoekers gemakkelijk nieuwe smaken, producten en verhalen kunnen ontdekken.</span></p><p>Als <strong>foodmaker, producent of restaurateur</strong>, gesitueerd met je <strong>zaak in het</strong> <strong>stadscentrum</strong>, stel je je zaak open voor bezoekers en word je opgenomen in het officiële parcours. Je voorziet:</p><ul><li>een proevertje, signature product of tasting dat jouw zaak typeert</li><li>een korte kennismaking met jouw verhaal, ambacht of product</li><li>ontvangst van bezoekers gedurende de foodpromenade (min. tussen 11u en 18u)</li></ul><p><strong>Je bepaalt zelf of je een bijdrage vraagt</strong> en doet hier ook de financiële handling voor. Indien betalend, vragen we om een <strong>toegankelijke prijs</strong> te hanteren (richtprijs: max. 5 euro). </p><p>Als <strong>foodmaker, producent of restaurateur</strong>, zonder eigen fysieke zaak of met je zaak gelegen buiten <strong>het</strong> <strong>stadscentrum</strong>, kan je wel deelnemen met een stand in de nieuwe centrale Gand Gourmand Hub. We contacteren jou om dit verder te bespreken. </p><h3><strong>Workshops van 2 tot en met 8 november</strong></h3><p>Organiseer een workshop in je zaak of op locatie zodat bezoekers <strong>zelf iets leren, de handen uit de mouwen steken en jouw vakmanschap leren kennen. Denk aan: koken, bakken, fermenteren, een ambacht, … </strong></p><p><strong>Je bepaalt zelf de inhoud, timing en deelnameprijs. </strong>PuurGent neemt dit op in het officiële programma. </p><h3><strong>Eigen initiatief</strong></h3><p>Heb je een <strong>idee dat aansluit bij het DNA van Gand Gourmand</strong>? <span>Denk bijvoorbeeld aan een bijzondere degustatie, een samenwerking met een lokale producent, een demonstratie van je ambacht of een andere culinaire beleving die bezoekers op een verrassende manier laat kennismaken met jouw zaak.</span></p><p><span>Ook initiatieven die smaak en sfeer combineren zijn welkom. Zo zorgden Yugen Kombucha en Dok Brewing Company tijdens de vorige editie voor extra beleving met DJ-sessies tijdens de foodpromenade.</span> </p><p>Schrijf je in en we bekijken graag samen hoe we je voorstel in het programma opnemen. </p><h3>Culinaire rondleidingen door gidsenverenigingen</h3><p>We spreken ook <strong>gidsenverenigingen </strong>aan om tijdens die week <strong>culinaire rondleidingen</strong> te organiseren die we ook opnemen in de algemene programmatie.</p><h2><a id="doel-gand-gourmand"></a><span><strong>Doel Gand Gourmand?</strong></span></h2><p>Met Gand Gourmand willen we:</p><ul type="disc"><li>Gent profileren als <strong>stad van culinair vakmanschap</strong> </li><li>bezoekers laten kennismaken met de <strong>makers achter het product</strong></li><li><strong>het lokale productieproces, het verhaal en het ambacht zichtbaar maken</strong></li><li><strong>extra bezoekers aantrekken</strong> tijdens de herfstvakantie en Shop-op zondag</li></ul> </div> <div class="paragraph paragraph--type--text paragraph--view-mode--full"> <h2><a id="wat-mag-je-verwachten"></a><strong> Wat mag je verwachten?</strong></h2><ul type="disc"><li><span><strong>Extra bezoekers</strong> <strong>tijdens de herfstvakantie en Shop-op zondag (1 november) </strong>dankzij een aanvullend programma in de centrale Gand Gourmand Hub, tijdens tastings, talks en culinaire belevingsmomenten verspreid over de stad. </span></li><li><span>Ondernemers die met hun zaak/product deelnemen kunnen intekenen op een <strong>professionele fotoshoot. </strong>Tijdens deze shoot wordt een beeld gemaakt van de persoon en zijn product. Elke deelnemer krijgt dit beeld om te gebruiken voor zijn eigen communicatie.   </span></li><li>Sterke, stadsbrede<strong> campagne</strong> en promotionele ondersteuning via <strong>online en social media </strong>(Visit Gent, BeleefGent) </li><li>Opname in het <strong>officiële Gand Gourmand programma en stadsplan</strong> </li><li><strong>Zichtbaarheid in de stad</strong> via affiches,
