De maatschappelijk werker kijkt na of je daarvoor in aanmerking komt.</p><h3><a id="hoe-doe-je-je-aanvraag"></a>Hoe doe je je aanvraag? </h3><ol><li>Maak een afspraak bij de maatschappelijk werker van het woonzorgcentrum. Geraak je niet tot in het woonzorgcentrum, dan kun je ook een afspraak maken bij de maatschappelijk werker van <a href="https://stad.gent/nl/openingsuren-adressen/trefwoord/lokale-dienstencentra">een lokaal dienstencentrum in je buurt</a>. De maatschappelijk werker brengt je aanvraag in orde (en bekijkt ook of je een financiële tegemoetkoming kunt krijgen).</li><li>Als je aanvraag wordt goedgekeurd, komen we langs op huisbezoek om alle administratie in orde te brengen.
