De belangrijkste activiteiten omvatten:</span></p><ul type="disc"><li><span>Ondersteuning van werkgevers: door hen te helpen bij het vinden van gekwalificeerd personeel.</span></li><li><span>Verbeterde samenwerking: tussen verschillende regionale partners zoals Stad Gent, Voka Oost-Vlaanderen, VDAB Oost-Vlaanderen, North Sea Port, UWV, werkgevers en onderwijsinstellingen in de grensoverschrijdende havenregio North Sea Port Talent.</span></li><li><span>Grensoverschrijdende initiatieven: om de samenwerking tussen bedrijven, onderwijsinstellingen en andere stakeholders in de regio te versterken.</span></li></ul><h2><span><strong>Looptijd van het project</strong></span></h2><p><span>Het project North Sea Port Talent 2.0 loopt van 1 mei 2024 tot 30 april 2027. Gedurende deze periode zullen de partners zich inzetten om de doelstellingen te bereiken en de arbeidsmarkt in de regio te versterken.</span></p><h2><span><strong>Partners en investering</strong></span></h2><p><span>Het project wordt gerealiseerd door een samenwerking tussen Stad Gent, Voka Oost-Vlaanderen, North Sea Port, VDAB Oost-Vlaanderen en UWV. Samen met Interreg Vlaanderen-Nederland en de Provincie Oost-Vlaanderen investeren de projectpartners een totaalbedrag van €2.859.830,38 in dit initiatief.</span></p> </div> <div class="paragraph
