jongeren, organisaties en instellingen om samen met jongeren een participatief verhaal te schrijven en jongeren als belangrijke actoren voor het leven in de stad van de toekomst te integreren. </span></span></p> <p><span><span>Binnen Ghent European Youth Capital staan 3 prioriteiten centraal waar we het programma rond willen opbouwen:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><strong><span>Engage</span></strong>: vrijwillig engagement & burgerschap</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><strong><span>Empower</span></strong>: fysiek & mentaal ruimte geven aan jongeren</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><strong><span>Care</span></strong>: mentale gezondheid, diversiteit & duurzaamheid</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span>Centrale waarden binnen ons programma  zijn <strong><span>participatie, co-creatie, inclusiviteit en duurzaamheid</span></strong>.  Met onze partners willen deze dan ook zo breed mogelijk uitdragen en integreren binnen het programma.  De Stad  wil investeren in acties, projecten en ideeën die ook na 2024 blijven bestaan.  Daarom willen we samen met Gentse jongeren en het Gentse middenveld de koppen een programma uitwerken en de ideeën die in ons dossier naar voor geschoven werden tot concrete projecten te ontwikkelen, zoals een lokaal traject  rond de verkiezingen en  het stemrecht vanaf 16 jaar, een urban sports en  culture festival, een spetterend openingsweekend, een youth-hub in het hart van onze stad en talrijke projecten vanuit onze
