Ook twee andere schoolomgevingen krijgen nog dit voorjaar een kindvriendelijke herinrichting. </strong></p><p>In de Schuurstraat in Sint-Amandsberg wordt gewerkt van maandag 14 april tot eind mei. De schoolomgeving krijgt een kindvriendelijke herinrichting. Zo komt er aan de schoolingang een verkeersplateau en op het plateau zelf een oversteekplaats met blindengeleiding. De voetpaden aan beide zijden van de straat worden heraangelegd. Het voetpad aan de kant van de school wordt een pak breder. </p><p>Plantvakken en bomen zorgen ervoor dat het voetpad en de rijweg duidelijk van elkaar gescheiden zijn. Ze brengen ook extra groen. Er komen zitbanken en spelprikkels om de omgeving nog aangenamer te maken voor kinderen en ouders.
