In afwachting van de grondige metamorfose van de hele site krijgt de oostelijke loods aan de kant van de Nieuwevaart alvast een tijdelijke invulling. De Stad heeft die loods opgeknapt en gaat nu op zoek naar een vzw of organisatie die er de komende twee jaar een ontmoetingsplaats voor jongeren van wil maken met een aanbod rond urban sports.</p><h2>Wat zoeken we?</h2><p>We zoeken een invuller die <span>een community voor jongeren bouwt met een aanbod </span><strong>urban sports </strong>zoals skateboarden, freerunning, 3x3 basketbal. In het najaar worden de nutsvoorzieningen en noodverlichting afgewerkt. Deze invulling kadert binnen het <strong>masterplan voor de Bloemekenswijk</strong>, dat inzet op vergroening, verbinding en meer leven in de wijk.
