There is a strong wind, she is hanging on to the railing of the quay and is screaming her lungs out but still, the silence is deafening. Equality, having power and feeling powerless, giving people a voice in general and artists in particular: that’s what De Windstoot is about. <div class="paragraph paragraph--type--text paragraph--view-mode--full"> <div class="paragraph--content"> <div class="text-formatted field field--name-field-text field--type-text-long field--label-hidden field__item"><p>The non-profit organization Wit.h collaborated with international selected artists who created new works in small collectives. Gleichwertigkeit, Macht haben und Ohnmacht fühlen, Menschen im Allgemeinen und Künstlern insbesondere eine Stimme verleihen. El título hace referencia a la obra del mismo nombre del artista belga Léon Spilliaert, que representa a una chica a la orilla del mar. Sopla un viento fuerte, la chica se aferra a la barandilla del muelle y grita a pleno pulmón. Sin embargo, reina un silencio atronador. La igualdad, el hecho de ser poderoso y sentir impotencia al mismo tiempo, darle voz a la gente en general, y a los artistas en particular.
